Terry has been in the property industry for 30 years. He has been State Manager of two international property consultancies.  He has owned and operated his own businesses and currently consults to clients needing help with difference projects.

Terry’s development company has developed over 600 blocks of land and he was instrumental in having the giant Yarrabilba project approved.

Matthew McKinnon

Matthew was educated at Church of England Grammar School (Churchie).

He attended Bond University studying for a business degree.

He has worked with Nexus Property Solutions in the area of property marketing and property management for 2 years.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Matthew played rugby union while at school and represented in the Firsts Basketball team for Churchie.

He continues to play basketball at a competitive level.

Jo McKinnon

Jo has worked in the property management sector of the property industry for over 15 years.  She holds a current real estate agent’s licence.

She keeps herself up to date with both legislative and commercial developments in the industry by attending professional seminars on a regular basis.

Jo has successfully started and developed Nexus Property Solutions property management division, starting 6 years ago and is now regarded as one of the premium property managers in the inner city environment.

Katrina Owen

OFFICE MANAGER/FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
Katrina has undertaken administrative work in the property industry for the past 12 years.  She has vast experience in both the residential and commercial property fields, across all aspects of property management, leasing and sales. 

Katrina also has detailed knowledge of all things financial, including financial reporting and the operation of trust accounts.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Katrina has been instrumental in the operation of Nexus Property Solutions.  Her experience in administration and financial reporting has assisted her to becoming a key member of our team.

Katrina has always been motivated to achieve great results, evidenced in her early career by her success at university in completing a double degree and now by her high standards of professionalism and strong work ethic.
