Terry McKinnon
Executive Director
Terry has been in the property industry for 40 years. He has been State Manager of two international property consultancies and owned and operated his own development business for many years.
Nexus and its team have developed over 1,000 blocks of land and was the consultant who conceived and advised the owners of the giant Yarrabilba project for 20 years.

Chris McKinnon
DEVELOPMENT & ACQUISITION MANAGER
Chris McKinnon is the Development and Acquisition Manager at Nexus Property Solutions, where he plays a key role in overseeing and driving the strategic development initiatives of the business. With a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering quality projects, Chris brings a wealth of experience to the team, ensuring that every development aligns with the company’s vision for growth and innovation. His leadership and expertise help navigate complex processes, ensuring successful outcomes in every stage of development.
Chris has 8 years experience in various aspects of the property industry from office leasing, retail management and now development.

Katrina Owen
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Katrina has been part of the team for 23 years.
She earned dual degrees in Accounting and Law before joining the company as a young woman. It is her role to manage the many financial aspects of the various projects.
She works closely with the team to ensure financial targets are met and budgets are delivered in accordance with forecasts.

Tony Pennisi
Sales Director
Tony joined Terry 30 years ago as a 21 year old real estate salesman, together they have sold literally hundreds of homes.
Terry says “Tony is the most gifted person in their field I have ever known, principally because people matter to him, it’s never just another sale. He is genuine in his desire to get the best outcome for the customer.”
Tony is an integral part of the team who is involved in all aspects of the project, from construction to sale.
This deep involvement makes it so much easier for customers who are fortunate enough to work with him.

Rob Moore
SPRING CREEK DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT
Rob is now a development consultant. Rob has worked in the development industry for 30 years.
Principally, he was the manager for Lend Lease on the giant Yarrabilba project.
Terry and Rob have worked together for almost 20 years.
Rob is held in the highest regard by those in the development industry.
He is a valued and important part of the team, helping with complex planning and development advice.

Michael Lepelaar
SPRING CREEK CIVIL ENGINEER
Michael is a director of ADG Engineering.
He has been the lead engineer for the Nexus Project, Spring Creek (some 800 lots) for almost a decade.
His advice and skills are critical to our ability to deliver quality, profitable projects.

Michael Peck
SPRING CREEK CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN
Michael is construction manager for the company’s projects.
He brings 25 years of experience to his role in charge of civil works construction on our developments.
He is highly skilled at managing complex issues to successful outcomes. Michael is a critical part of the program that delivers Tony the best land to sell.

John Luddington
MANAGER : LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION & MAINTENANCE MANAGER
John and Terry have worked together for 20 years, during that time John has filled various roles, sales, property maintenance, cattle manager, equine manager and landscape construction.
John’s many skills have taken him across the world and we are hoping he has settled into life with us.
Terry says “there is nothing John won’t have a go at and, unsurprisingly, he always gets it right, he is a real rock for me”.
